Saturday, October 30: The Ceremony
Happily, the city officials have granted us official permission to get married Cove at the Brooklyn Bridge Park. It's where we met! The ceremony will be at 5:00pm. The Brooklyn Bridge Park is pretty big - and this is in the Empire-Fulton Ferry area of the park. There's a small stone beach, and some curved big stone steps that look kind of like an amphitheater.
The best entrance to use is on the corner of Washington Street and Plymouth Street in the DUMBO area of Brooklyn. If you are unfamiliar with the park and/or uncomfortable finding The Cove by yourself, please meet at the reception location (The Dumbo Loft at 155 Water Street) at 4:45pm - and you will be escorted to the ceremony location.
Saturday, October 30: The Reception
The reception will immediately follow the ceremony. It's only two blocks away (so no transportation is necessary) at The Dumbo Loft (155 Water Street, Brooklyn, New York).
